Dining at the Mill House Inn


The Mill House Inn offers great food and drink; Menus are changed regularly and concentrate on the use of the best fresh fish, meat, produce and other ingredients all sourced locally, in and around North Cornwall.

Sharps local ales and an unusual and creative wine list compliment the lunch and dinner menus. The Mill House is proud to be mentioned in several guides and publications, Alastair Sawdays Special Places Pubs and Inns, The Good Pub Guide and a member of Cornish Accredited Restaurants.

We are also pleased to be able to offer The Mill House dining room for meetings, weddings, parties, lunches, and dinners, both private and corporate. Should you require more room, the Hotel itself is available for hire for any special occasion.

Valentines Day

Our chef Dylan Pattenden is preparing a three course menu including a glass of pink prosecco for £25 per person on the 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th of February. If you wish to stay overnight then double rooms including dinner will be aviable from £120. click here for a copy of the menu

Dine in Style

Available in the restaurant every evening (except Thursdays and 11th to the 14th of February) from 26th of January to the 4th of March 2 courses for £14. Vouchers require which can be found in local Cornish papers or download from the Dine in Style website. Booking required in advance.

Asian Night

Head Chef Dylan has selected cretive dishes from India, Thailand, China, Japan and other Asian countries for this mouthwatering evening on Friday the 9th of March. Eat as much as you like at our Asian buffet for £19.50, booking advised

Mothering Sunday

We are serving a traditional lunch on Mothering Sunday the 18th of March from 12.30pm until 3pm for £17.95 for 3 courses (or 2 courses for £13.50). Childrens portioins available, booking advised.

Easter Sunday

We will be serving a traditional Sunday lunch on Easter Sunday from 12.30pm until 3pm for £19.50 for three courses (or £14.75 for two courses). Children's portions available & booking advised. Don't forget to join us for our annual duck race in the millstream on Easter Monday at 3pm
