Born in Devon and bred in West Yorkshire where he did his chef training in a number of establishments including 2 rosette restaurants and boutique hotels. Joe moved to Bude, Cornwall 12 years ago and later did one years further training at the Michelin starred Bath restaurant, The Priory . Joe then became head chef at The Beach Hotel in Bude where he gained 2 rosettes. After 5 years he left to become a private chef before joining us in July this year. Joe’s style of food concentrates upon taste, texture and maximising flavours.
Joe is married to Lauren, with 2 young children and we are delighted to have him on board.
