Experience Hotels Ltd was established in 2003 by Mark and Kep Forbes. The business currently comprises of two quality hotels on the North Cornish coast, both with seafood restaurants with excellent reputations and members of Cornish Accredited Restaurants.

Both the hotels are equipped to a high standard and Mark Forbes, his family and staff will do their utmost to ensure that your stay with them is a memorable relaxing experience.

The Slipway Hotel dates back to 1527 and this former fisherman's chandlery sits right in front of Port Isaac's beautiful harbour. The Slipway's restaurant is highly regarded for its delectable fresh fish dishes, and the hotel itself is known for its stylish and luxury rooms, also for its peaceful ambiance and superb location.
The Mill House dates back to 1760 and was a working mill until the 1930's. It is situated in a valley,just a stones throw from the spectacular sandy beach at Trebarwith. This quiet picturesque haven is a delight for all who visit. Known for its delicious menu and its comfortable rooms,this former working water mill has also become a popular music venue.
