Our head chef Carl has been working as a chef for the last 18 years, in various different countries from the UK, Australia, New Zealand and France. During his travels he has learned extensive skills which can be seen and tasted in his dishes.
Whilst working in Australia and New Zealand Carl honed in on Asian flavours. However Carl’s top skillset is fish, which is fantastic considering how great our local fish produce is.
Carl has worked previously at some stunning restaurants, to name a few Cable Bay Vineyard New Zealand, Le chardon mountain lodges, Harba Oyter Ba and Grill and Fins Seafood Reastaurant.
Carl and his team make everything on the menu using the finest local produce and aim to create dishes of the highest quality
